No one loves job searching. However, we all need jobs. How do you optimize your resume and online presence to secure your next gig? Do you need some guidance on what is great job search advice and what is not-so-great advice? Do you want to build your own business? What if you could just chat with a friendly person to help you get from A to B (don’t worry about A to Z just yet but we can get there too!) Support and collaboration helps us to move forward when we are feeling stuck.
This is not a resume editing service (moving forward as of September 2023). This is a collective of groups and workshops that will provide a feeling of community + a candid review of your personal marketing materials (e.g., resume, cover letters, thank-you emails, LinkedIn profile, online portfolio, personal website, etc.). The goal of each workshop is to share industry knowledge and personal job seeking experience that works and then to help you customize to help land your next position. This will not be a waste of your money or BS fluffy advice as it is meant to make YOU the driving force - not someone you paid to fix your resume.
We as people are so much more and bigger than our jobs. By identifying the intersection of self awareness, job position outlooks and experience, you can find your next position and ideally one that excites you every morning!
The materials review is done by 20+ years of real-world experience in corporate, non-profit, and Higher Ed sectors. It includes a set of eyes of someone who has been a job seeker, recruiter and career switcher. It is a sincere effort to help others move into new jobs and share with you the tips and tricks that they have learned along the way.
“Erin is great. With her background and experience in the field she is able to give extremely helpful and honest advice. I highly recommend for any job seekers.”

“Erin’s down-to-earth and highly informative presentation simply contained interview-scoring strategies that people probably are already aware of but can revisit in a new light. As a copywriting enthusiast strongly recommended to pursue other parts of the industry, I have yet to find networking events with expert professionals who’ll clarify marketing’s counterparts to creative advertising. She was spot-on in suggesting two subfields I’d be offered a job interview in that same night over LinkedIn InMail- coincidence, I think not!”
